Hello!
I just wanted to share a problem I am having with my Artisul D13 tablet. A couple of weeks ago when I started up my tablet, like I normally do, it had a resolution of 1024x768 (normally it's full HD 1920x1080), and it was listed as a "Generic Non-PnP Monitor".
I have done a lot, and I mean a lot of troubleshooting in my days and I am a very experienced PC user, so at first I didn't think much of it, but as I was digging deeper into the issue I couldn't find a solution, still not.
I contacted Artisul directly, they have the live chat and all that, but most unhelpful. Sent me links I had already researched, and put the blame on so
